  • Arrange class schedule

    The above course schedule is an example. The organizer will arrange its own itinerary and course schedule according to the different situations of each group, and may adjust the time forward or backward.

    The demonstration teaching will be conducted by about 10 consideration groups carefully selected by the Director of the Vienna Opera (priority will be given to Asian countries on registration). If you have not participated in the demonstration teaching group, you are welcome to observe.

    There will be three choral performances at the Royal Palace, in Vienna on July 20, in Slovakia on July 22 and in Prague on July 24. All performing groups will perform at least 2-3 times.

    The large ensemble performance will be arranged at the end of the concert, and will be conducted by Martin Schebesta, conductor of the Vienna State Opera.

    The repertoire of the large ensemble will be announced separately after discussion with the conductor and conductors of each group.

  • Master class location: Vienna State University of Music

  • Singing lessons:

    vocal music intonation, intonation and songs.

  • Choir and portrayal technique:

    body language, relaxation, presentation of music and musicality, etc.

  • Instruction language is German

    Instruction language is German (or English). If translation is required, please indicate so on the application form.

  • Musical journey:

    visiting sights and musically relevant places such as the Vienna State Opera
    City Hall, Parliament, Hofburg, Burggarten, University of Vienna, Beethoven Memorial, University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Stadtpark, St. Stephen's Cathedral, Schönbrunn Palace and Vienna Woods. Each group is guided separately.

  • Within 20 working days after application

    Within 20 working days after application, a detailed programme is sent to the group, programmes may differ between the groups.
